Fargo man arrested for threatening police

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo man is accused of threatening police trying to help him get out of being stuck in snow.

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo man is accused of threatening police trying to help him get out of being stuck in snow.

25-year old Michael Davis faces five charges including D-U-I and felony terrorizing. The incident happened at Starr Fireworks.

Police say when an officer approached the car; Davis told him to leave and said something along the lines of, "I'm going to cap you".

Officers backed away and Davis later passed out. He was taken to Innovis.
