Apartment complex to be built near Fargo hockey arena

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - People will have more choices finding an apartment to rent in Fargo starting next winter.
Urban Plains is building a complex on the corner of 28th Avenue and 47th Street, near the hockey arena.
The three story building will have 132 one, two, or three bedroom units. Half the units will be finished by December, the rest not until August of 2011.
There will also be above ground parking. Ground will be broken this spring.
