WEST FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A candidate for West Fargo mayor is advocating a regional monorail system.
Forty-seven-year-old Peter Karl is a native of Miami and says he previously has worked to improve mass transit systems in his hometown and on Long Island in New York state.
