FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Former Fargo sprint car driver Natalie Sather is back in NASCAR'S Whelan All-American Series, with a new crew chief.

Last season, Sather was part of NASCAR's Drive for Diversity program, which seeks to develop minority and female drivers and crew members. She shared a crew chief with five other drivers.

This season, Sather will be with a team under Peyton Sellers, an established driver in NASCAR's Nationwide Series. H.C. Sellers, Peyton's father, will be Sather's crew chief.

Sather, who now lives in Virginia, had a successful season last year with the Drive For Diversity program, winning a race in the series and regularly finishing in the front of the pack.
