SD man allegedly attacks snow plow driver
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - A rural Sioux Falls man is facing an aggravated assault charge after allegedly attacking a snow plow driver.
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - A rural Sioux Falls man is facing an aggravated assault charge after allegedly attacking a snow plow driver.
Authorities say 64-year-old Frederick Lambert told officers the plow driver had knocked over the mailbox at his home west of the city Tuesday afternoon.
Lambert allegedly punched the driver in the foot and threatened him with pepper spray.
Minnehaha County Assistant Sheriff Michelle Boyd says the 40-year-old plow driver also claimed Lambert had threatened him with a knife, but no knife was found.
