Snowmobiler killed by hanging tree
CROSSLAKE, Minn. (AP) - A snowmobiler has died after hitting a tree hanging over the ice on a central Minnesota lake. Authorities say 46-year-old Stephen Zilka suffered fatal head injuries in the accident shortly after midnight Sunday on Cross Lake.

Authorities say 46-year-old Stephen Zilka suffered fatal head injuries in the accident shortly after midnight Sunday on Cross Lake.
He was alone on the snowmobile and was pronounced dead at the
scene.
The Brainerd Daily Dispatch says the Crow Wing County Sheriff's Department is investigating.
