FARGO, N.D. (AP) - The executive director of North Dakota State University's Development Foundation has been arrested on suspicion of drunken driving.

Sixty-one-year-old Jim Miller was stopped by Fargo police just after midnight Thursday. He posted $500 bail and was released from jail about 2 a.m. Friday.

Miller did not immediately return a telephone call to The Associated Press seeking comment.

Miller came under fire last fall during discussion about cost overruns with the new NDSU president's house, a project overseen by the Development Foundation. The foundation is the private fundraising arm of NDSU. Miller has worked for the foundation since 1982.
