The Moorhead native was traded Sunday from the last place Maple Leafs to the contending Anaheim Ducks.

Blake played two and a half years in hockey hotbed Toronto, but now he's playing on a line with two snipers, Teemu Selanne and Saku Koivu and he's ready to contribute right away.

“I expect nothing but the best. It can be the most important thing is I’m very excited to be here and it's a great opportunity, obviously a move up on the standings and the players on this team tons of skill tons of opportunities. It's great these guys have welcomed me and for me it's just fitting in.”
