Chisholm man wins Beargrease sled dog race
DULUTH, Minn. (AP) — Nathan Schroeder of Chisholm has won the 27th John Beargrease Sled Dog Marathon.

DULUTH, Minn. (AP) — Nathan Schroeder of Chisholm has won the 27th John Beargrease Sled Dog Marathon.
The Duluth News Tribune reports the 32-year-old was the first musher to arrive at Billy's Bar in Duluth on Wednesday.
It's Schroeder's first win. He came in fifth in 2008 and didn't finish last year. Finishing second was two-time defending winner Jason Barron of Lincoln, Mont.
