Detroit Lakes, Minn. (WDAY TV) - The trial continues this week for the Detroit Lakes man charged in a quadruple fatal accident. 26-year-old Chad Stewart is charged with six felonies, including criminal vehicular operation.
Police say Stewart was driving drunk at the time of the rollover on Highway 37 in July. Four people died and three were injured, including Stewart. He denies driving.
The trial is expected to last until next week.
