21-year-old Tyler Otterson is charged with four counts, including assault with a dangerous weapon and terroristic threats.

21-year-old Tyler Otterson is charged with four counts, including assault with a dangerous weapon and terroristic threats.
Authorities say he hit the victim in the arm and broke a window on his vehicle. The incident happened after Otterson talked his ex-girlfriend and another woman into meeting him at his house Thursday.
The other woman called her boyfriend to pick them up, and when he arrived, a fight ensued. Otterson claims the victim charged at him with an ice scraper.
