The city's curling league held a clinic for future curlers, then an autograph and photo session with the Olympians.

One of them is Allison Pottinger, who's been curling for 26 years. She says going to the Olympics is expensive so she's thankful for all the financial support.

"We're really excited and it's a couple of different things; there are the opening ceremonies, walking in, and I can't imagine that overwhelming feeling when you walk into the stadium and they're announcing you're Team USA. That's going to be an amazing feeling."

The men's Olympic team, which has five Minnesotans, was Grand Marshal at a parade.
