West Fargo teen battling H1-N1 is released from the hospital
West Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - What a day for Keith Worthington of West Fargo.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
After months of hospitalization, Keith is finally back home tonight.
Keith was diagnosed with a severe case of H-1-N-1 in October. At one point, doctors did not think he could survive.
He has spent the last two weeks at triumph where he was able to see his trach and feeding tube removed. For Keith, who also lives with autism, it has been a remarkable comeback.
“Keith is amazing. He has come a long ways and the best part of him talking was when he said I love you so.”
Keith was living at a local group home. His mother says he will now be living at home.
