GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — The interim president of North Dakota State University says portions of Minard Hall on campus will need to be demolished.

The northwest wall of the four-story building that houses classrooms and offices collapsed Dec. 27 next to an area that had been excavated for an expansion project.
