(WDAY TV) - Teachers in Lake Park-Audubon have a new contract. It's a 2-year deal.
There is no pay raise the first year, and a minimal one the 2nd year.
The cost to the district is less than 1-percent, according to the Superintendent. The base salary for starting teachers is just over 30-thousand dollars.
The deal was worked out with a state mediator during a 14-hour negotiating session.
