No answer in stinky envelope mystery

Officials at North Dakota's state lab say they were unable to determine what caused the manila envelope to smell. But they say there was nothing hazardous about the unidentified odor.
A portion of the building next to the County Courthouse was evacuated after the envelope was delivered to the Traill County sheriff's department. Authorities say it was addressed to Sheriff Mike Crocker and contained several pages of anti-government rhetoric.
