Felton, Minn. (WDAY TV) - A federal jury has found a Felton, Minnesota man guilty of threatening a witness.
A 12 person jury came back with that verdict against Justin Peterson on Wednesday.
Authorities say he threatened and assaulted a witness in September who gave information in a federal drug trafficking investigation.
He could be sent to prison for up to ten years when sentenced in late March.
