Pelican Rapids man is accused of stealing car from New Years party

(WDAY TV) - A Pelican Rapids man is accused of stealing a vehicle from a New Year's day party. 25-year-old Layne Arrow faces a motor vehicle theft charge.
He's in the Otter Tail County detention facility. Police say a Pelican Rapids man saw Arrow take his Audi A-4 without permission.
The vehicle was later found damaged in Clay County. Arrow was arrested at his home.
