Trial date pushed back for bus driver in fatal crash
(WDAY TV) - The trial for a Moorhead bus driver charged in a fatal crash that killed an area teen is now pushed back.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
70-year-old Loren Ernst was behind the wheel when the charter bus he was driving crashed on I-94 near Albertville in April of 2008.
The trial was supposed to start today in Wright County, but is now pushed back to February first.
16-year-old Jessica Weishair of Pelican Rapids died in the crash. Attorneys tried to reach a plea agreement for Ernst, but negotiations fell apart.
