The owner of a Fargo hair studio pleads guilty to inappropriately touching a young girl

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The owner of Chuck Engler's Studio for Hair has pleaded guilty to inappropriately touching a girl under 14. Charles Engler was placed on two years of probation and ordered to pay 300 dollars in fines.
Court documents say a woman, who is now 22, accused Engler of touching her repeatedly when she was between 6 and 11 years old. The woman says she would help Engler with chores at his south Fargo home and later in Briarwood.
Court records show Engler doesn't have to register as a sex offender.
