Pride of Dakota events set attendance record
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota's Agriculture Department says attendance at this year's Pride of Dakota Holiday Showcases topped 26,000 shoppers, setting a record.
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota's Agriculture Department says attendance at this year's Pride of Dakota Holiday Showcases topped 26,000 shoppers, setting a record.
The previous record was about 25,000, set in 2008.
Pride of Dakota is a state program that helps North Dakota companies promote and market their products. More than 400 companies are members.
Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring says this year's product showcases in Grand Forks, Minot and Bismarck all posted record attendance numbers. A showcase also was held in Fargo.
