(WDAY Sports) - The Park Christian boy’s basketball team is still looking for that elusive first trip to state, but again this year, Randy Schauer's gang has a chance to make it happen. The 7th ranked Falcons are 4-0 and are the highest scoring team in section 6-A. They lost 3 starters from last year's 25-3 team, but have some height and quickness to lean on.
“We have guys who are athletic and maybe a little bit long who can get up the floor and maybe cover a little more than what we've covered in the past is a benefit to what we're doing right now.”
“We don't have a lot of muscle in there so you have to play to your strengths a little bit more I guess and that's what we're trying to do fast break as much as possible.”
This is a big week for park, who plays New York Mills, Ada Borup and Hillcrest.
