Hankinson man arrested for bringing two guns to a bar

Hankinson, ND (WDAY TV) - A Hankinson man is in jail tonight after bringing two guns into a bar. The Richland County Sheriff's offices say someone inside the Spare Time bar called police after James Toms the 2nd came in.
They say he had two guns and was looking for someone that he had 25 thousand reasons to kill. Police arrested him at his apartment in Hankinson; where they then found a small marijuana grow operation.
Tom's is now in the Richland County jail facing several charges.
