FARGO, N.D. (AP) — One of two men accused in a North Dakota drug case says he will plead guilty in federal court in Fargo.

Matthew Andel is charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance. He faces a maximum penalty of life in prison and a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years. Sentencing is set for February.

A second man charged in the case, Ryan Zejdlik, has pleaded not guilty. He's scheduled for trial next month.

Authorities say the conspiracy included plans to distribute more than 500 grams of methamphetamine.
