Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Police are on the hunt, looking for a man who used a small camera to photograph a lady tanning. The woman says she noticed something odd before she started tanning here at Busy Bubbles in north Fargo, but she undressed and tanned anyway, but before leaving the room she took a closer look, that's when she told police, a camera jerked back away from her.

Just after, the 57-year old Fargo woman confronted a man in the hallway. Police say he then took off running. The woman went through pictures of cameras with police and identified what she saw. Officers say it's what they call a snake camera.

Police say there is a gap between the top of the wall and the ceiling in the room where the woman was tanning where the guy could’ve run the camera over.

Police have no suspects right now, but say Busy Bubbles does have a log in sheet and surveillance cameras. If the man is caught he could face up to 1 year in jail and a thousand dollar fine.
