(WDAY TV) - A Minneapolis man is headed to prison for sexually assaulting a child in Otter Tail County. A judge sentenced 34-year old Frankie Miller to 30 years for committing multiple sex acts with the child under the age of 16.
It happened from September of 2008 to march of 2009. A jury convicted him of the charges in July.
Authorities started their investigation after getting information from Otter Tail County Human Services.
