(WDAY TV) - A Middle River, Minnesota man plead not guilty to charges of paying a teenage girl for sex this summer. 34-year-old Darrin Roy Anderson is charged with criminal sexual conduct, soliciting a child for sex, prostitution, and giving alcohol to a minor.
According to court records: a 14-year-old girl says Anderson paid her $300-dollars to have sex during a meeting at an East Grand Forks motel in August where he allegedly gave her and a friend vodka.
Anderson bailed out of the Crookston jail. His lawyer says Anderson was in another town working with friends when the alleged incident happened.
