Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo doctor who lost his North Dakota physician's license last year is now reprimanded by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. Dr. Rodney Lee owned Rapid Care clinics in the metro and lost his North Dakota license in 2008 for allegedly mishandling drugs and not properly maintaining medical records.

Now the Minnesota Medical Board is ordering Lee to not prescribe controlled substances or supervise other health professionals in the state. In addition, any practice lee wants to open in the future must first be approved.

Lee had previously agreed to stop practicing medicine in Minnesota.
