Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - An Oklahoma man fighting extradition to Fargo will be in court before Thanksgiving.
63-year old Gene Kirkpatrick is accused of hiring a hit man to kill his son-in-law, Philip Gattuso.
Governor John Hoeven signed papers Thursday supporting the effort. Extradition papers, mailed to Oklahoma's Governor, will be given to a judge there November 25th.
Cass County prosecutors don't expect any problems with the process.
