(WDAY TV) - Police think they've found the hammer used to kill a south Fargo man two weeks ago. According to Oklahoma court records, police found a hammer stained with blood in the Porsche that was stolen after Philip Gattuso was murdered on October 26th.

Investigators found the hammer on the floor of the passenger side of the car. The Porsche was found in a rented storage space in Oklahoma City. Michael Nakvinda is accused of beating Gattuso to death with a hammer and stealing the Porsche.

Police say Gattuso was hit in the back of the head 9 to 11 times. Nakvinda was arrested on Halloween. Gattuso's former father-in-law, Gene Kirkpatrick, is accused of paying Nakvinda $3-thousand dollars to kill the south Fargo dentist.

Investigators also found a laptop, watch and DVD player that also appeared to have blood on them in the storage unit. There were also two pillow cases full of jewelry and electronics.

In another storage unit rented by Nakvinda, police found a gray tarp and two handguns along with ammunition. In Nakvinda's home, officers found an obituary of Philip's wife, Valerie, who died in March.
