High flying action from Moorhead's theatre department

(WDAY TV) - The Moorhead High theatre department is once again bringing cutting edge technology to the stage. This Friday night, Peter Pan opens at the high school auditorium and seven of the actors will be flying thru the air thanks to unique fundraising and a flying expert.

For the last several weeks, students sold buttons in an effort to bring in a nationally known flying expert for theatre productions.

“People bought buttons for ten dollars and so many cast members sold them that it they raised 9 thousand dollars which allowed us to fly Peter Pan and Tink and children and the magic you see in the show.”

Moorhead High will host peter Pan for ten performances running up to Thanksgiving.
