Elbow Lake man faces another sexual assault charge

(WDAY TV) - An Elbow Lake man charged with kidnapping a 17-year old in March is sentenced on a separate sexual assault charge. 47-year old David Sabby is sentenced to 41 months in Grant County for sexual conduct against a teenage girl. 14 other charges were dropped.
Sabby still faces a long list of charges in Otter Tail County. It's for allegedly kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 17-year old Elbow Lake girl.
Sabby allegedly approached the victim at gunpoint in the parking lot of Westridge Mall. He faces a January trial in that case.
