Valley City, ND (WDAY TV) - Valley City Police are still not sure if there's a mountain lion on the loose near the community.
A homeowner believes he saw the wild animal in the southeastern part of the city Thursday night. That part of Valley City is near woods.
The complainant’s neighbor told him his dog had been swatted by the cat. Police say it was dark and this is the only report called in.
