Wahpeton, ND (WDAY TV) - A Wahpeton man is in jail tonight, accused of fondling a male relative. 25-year old Jonathan Stahl is charged with gross sexual imposition in Richland County.
Prosecutors say he admitted to fondling the child, who's under the age of 15, at the child's home. Stahl remains in the Richland County jail on $250 thousand dollars cash bail.
