Discount card program is launched

(WDAY TV) - In a time of financial stress, a new company aims to give everybody discounts to get the local economy moving. The Inner Ring launched its program, services, and website.

The company offers a membership card which works like a Sam's Club card, but instead of all the discounts at one store, you get discounts to all kinds of merchants who have signed up to be a part of the Inner Ring.

The goal is to save customers money, so they'll spend more frequently in turn, helping local businesses.

“It came at a very good time. Yes, we were hoping for something to come along and generate business and we thought this was going to be it for us and we're hoping it will be.”

Spic and Span is one of more than 50 companies signed up to offer discounts. A membership costs 45 dollars a year. You can learn more at: theinnerring.biz.
