9 man quarterfinals to be the game of the day

(WDAY Sports) - The game of the day takes place in Wyndmere at the state 9 man quarterfinals. Wyndmere-Lidgerwood is ranked second in the state, Hillsboro is third and with top ranked Mott Regent getting upset last weekend, well this could be the state title game three weeks early.

The Burros say the Warriors are tough to defend because they do something different every week.

“We have no idea what we'll see. We could see a five wide empty backfield, we could see wishbone, and we could see them shift into anything. They're difficult to scout that way so the most important for us is to make sure we're ready.”

It's a 1:30 kickoff tomorrow in Wyndmere.
