Raising breast cancer awareness through unique post cards

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The Fargo Police Department is doing its part to raise awareness in the fight to find a cure for breast cancer. A special flood postcard is being sold for two dollars at the department downtown.

There are one thousand of them. All proceeds benefit the national breast cancer foundation. This is personal for Officer Todd Wahl who is in the picture taken last spring. His girlfriend is a breast cancer survivor.

“It was during the blizzard that we had and just got the idea to take the picture on the on the dike the old Fargo Police retro parka and the big cap and everything else.”

The postcard is also being sold at the Moxie Java on Broadway.
