(WDAY TV) - They came to Fargo from around the world today to talk coal and bio-mass. The Great Plains Institute hosted international experts who talked about experiences with low-carbon economies.
People from the energy industry joined civic and government leaders in learning how the Midwest can achieve deeper CO2 reductions over time and how that can translate into a healthier economy and environment.
