Elgin man sentenced for sex abuse

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A 28-year-old Elgin man accused of sexually abusing two 4-year-old boys has been sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Nicholas Baatz was convicted in July on one count of felony gross sexual imposition and acquitted on a second count.

Baatz apologized for his actions during his sentencing and said he wanted treatment.
