Fergus Falls, Minn. (WDAY TV) - A jury in Otter Tail County has found a Fergus Falls man guilty of trying to burn down his own home. 55-year old Ray Anthony Williams is convicted of felony arson. It's his second trial on that charge.

His first trial was sent to the appeal court on a technicality. A neighbor spotted the fire at Williams' home in September of 2006 and called police.

At the time, it was believed to be a hate crime, because a note was found on his pick-up with a racial slur. His sentencing is now set for December 7th.
