Authorities said 76-year-old Dorothy Robert of Langdon was pronounced dead at the Cavalier County hospital after the Sunday morning crash.
The patrol said the other driver, 45-year-old Steve Ratzlaff of Wales, was cited for failure to yield. He was not hurt.
