BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Bismarck police say a man reported a strange burglary in which the property involved had four legs and fins.
Police Lt. Randy Ziegler says the man reported that whoever broke into his home dumped chlorine in his fish tank, killing the fish, and made off with his cat.
The man is not sure if he will be able to use the $12,000 salt-water fish tank again. Ziegler says the cat is valued at $100.
