Warren, Minnesota residents asked to conserve energy

Warren, Minn. (WDAY TV) - The city of Warren, Minnesota is asking residents to conserve energy.

The city was without power last night and it's expected to be restored by this morning. The city is operating on a portable substation and because of that, folks in town are being asked to reduce the amount of power they are using.
