Minnesota man faces charges for inappropriately touching a young girl
(WDAY TV) - An International Falls man is facing charges in Clay County for inappropriately touching a young girl.
(WDAY TV) - An International Falls man is facing charges in Clay County for inappropriately touching a young girl. There's an arrest warrant out for 22-year-old Richard Kenneth Alman the third.
Alman is facing four charges of criminal sexual conduct. He's accused of touching the 8-year-old girl on more than one occasion.
