Wyndmere-Lidgerwood has no trouble with Hillsboro

(WDAY Sports) - Hillsboro's first home game since winning the 9-man state title a year ago, they hosted Wyndmere-Lidgerwood.

(WDAY Sports) - Hillsboro's first home game since winning the 9-man state title a year ago, they hosted Wyndmere-Lidgerwood.

Quarter one, Kelly Illies takes the handoff for Wyndmere Lidgerwood and takes it 19 yards to the house, 8-0 Warriors.

It was 16-0 in the 2nd, Warriors backed up inside their own one. Hillsboro forces the fumble; it's recovered by Tyler Anderson the end zone for a score, 16-6.

Late 2nd, the Warriors Cody Buskohl blocks the Hillsboro punt, and then recovers it inside the five. That set up 1 of 2 Brock Wieber touchdowns, Eric Breker also had a touch down run.

28-6 Wyndmere Lidgerwood at halftime, they go on to the 34-6 victory over Hillsboro.
