MSUM selects starting quarterback

Moorhead, Minn. (WDAY Sports) - Opening day is just six days away for the Dragons and today they picked a quarterback. Head Coach Damon Tomeo told me this afternoon that he's going with true freshman Zach Fry under center for Saturday’s game against Valley City State.
Tomeo says that fry has consistently moved the team down the field, getting first downs and performed well yesterday in the team's two minute drill.
Fry starts over Bryson Pluta, who was the only QB on the roster after spring ball.
