The old way of life in Fort Ransom

Fort Ransom, ND (WDAY TV) - It's a chance to take a few steps back in time, people who love the old way of life had a chance to see it in action at Sodbuster Days in Fort Ransom.

For 26 years, people re-enact the way of life from generations ago. A big part of the attraction is to watch people hitch up horses and plow a field.

People come from out of state to see this one of a kind festival. They say there's nothing like it anywhere else.
