Woman dead after car crash near Halstad Minnesota

Halstad, Minn. (WDAY TV) - One woman is dead and a man injured after a two vehicle accident just outside Halstad Minnesota.

Halstad, Minn. (WDAY TV) - One woman is dead and a man injured after a two vehicle accident just outside Halstad Minnesota.

The Norman County Sheriff's Department says a car and pick-up collided at the intersection of Highway19 and 120th Street.

The driver of the car, a 33 year old Minneapolis woman was transported to MeritCare where she was pronounced dead.

The driver of the pick-up, a 68 year old Halstad man was taken to the Hillsboro hospital for unknown injuries. Names are not yet being released.
