Dent, Minn. (WDAY TV) - Confirmation from the National Weather Service tonight that it was a tornado that caused the damage near Dent Minnesota during last Thursday night's storm.

The tornado was from the same storm that produced this damage in Wyndmere.

The Weather Service says the tornado in Otter Tail County touched down briefly, knocking down several large trees and ripping the roof off the dugout at the baseball field.

It tracked for about a mile with winds of 90 miles per hour. Officials say downburst winds created more damage around the big McDonald and Star Lake areas.
