Crews begin Horton Hall renovation

Wahpeton, ND (WDAY TV) - Crews today started renovating Horton Hall at NDSCS. The 81-year-old building is home to three of the Wahpeton school's programs and is badly in need of repairs.
The 5.7 million dollar project was at the top of a list of 14 building projects the State Board of Higher Education presented to state lawmakers for possible funding.
